I’m very saddened by Audi dealership. I have learned a valuable lesson. The customer service was really bad and I voiced that I wanted a warranty but it wasn’t done. I tried to address this the same day but they were closing. I spoke with salesman to try to address this on Monday since we purchased on Saturday. Upon speaking to GM and finance manager, I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. They offered to take the car back but told me that they didn’t have to do it. I pray that they do better for others but I will never be back at Audi Brentwood. We will keep the car but this is my worst experience buying a car. So for anyone buying a car this is for you. * Get every promise and expectation in writing whenever possible. * Think about warranty coverage before signing, especially with luxury vehicles. * Pay attention not only to the car, but also to how a dealership treats customers. * Trust your instincts when something doesn’t feel right I made a mistake but I pray that this helps someone else not to make the same mistake I made. From the start, the advisor, Kirsten Finneman, was the absolute worst and as unfriendly and rude as I have ever experienced from a dealership service advisor. Worst service experience I've encountered at a dealership. I dropped my car off two weeks ago for a check engine light. After a diagnosis, I was told a throttle body replacement was needed. Two days later and with the part installed, the car still was running rough. It's now been two weeks and I have no update other than "we're still looking but can't find anything wrong". I've called my service advisor four times today trying to get an update and he just never answers or returns my call. I try to speak to the service manager and he too never answers the phone. Not sure how their communication is so terrible. More
