From the start, the advisor, Kirsten Finneman, was the absolute worst and as unfriendly and rude as I have ever experienced from a dealership service advisor. Worst service experience I've encountered at a dealership. I dropped my car off two weeks ago for a check engine light. After a diagnosis, I was told a throttle body replacement was needed. Two days later and with the part installed, the car still was running rough. It's now been two weeks and I have no update other than "we're still looking but can't find anything wrong". I've called my service advisor four times today trying to get an update and he just never answers or returns my call. I try to speak to the service manager and he too never answers the phone. Not sure how their communication is so terrible. More
