Ashley was very helpful in teaching me how to operate a Tesla since I have never driven one before. I had a small issue with the extra fees they were trying to charge me. Presales support was very good. Both Sean and Christian responded to every question and followed up promptly. But there were big problems with the sale. The vehicle was delivered approximately 3 weeks after paying for it, without a title, and the sales team neither notified me of the delay nor were they able to expedite or clarify when I will receive it. The vehicle also arrived missing two important options that the sales team previously confirmed were installed - but after delivery I discovered the vehicle does not have. From their responses I don't believe they were dishonest, but they made mistakes and are not willing to rectify or compensate for them. I do not recommend this dealership for out of state buyers. More

No, words can express my wife’s and I recent car buying experience. Literally, from our initial phone call with Ashley Flores our new car sales representative it was beyond the most seamless, professional, experience. Literally, from our initial phone call with Ashley Flores our new car sales representative it was beyond the most seamless, professional, friendly and personable experience we have ever had in all of our car buying experience (we, are in are early 60’s 😂) Even though Ashley, was new with the Dealership she truly defined what Audis Napa Valley mission statement defines! The final rule, which is effective on July 30, 2024, prohibits certain misrepresentations in the financing process, sets disclosure requirements on dealers’ advertising and sales communications, mandates that dealers obtain consumers’ express, informed consent for charges, and prohibits the sale of add-on products or services if there is no benefit to the consumer.
