Doreen helped me navigate the lease process, answered a million questions, got on the phone with me after hours to work through the final parts of the process so we could finish in one day, and was the picture of transparency, kindness, and partnership. Mo was also wonderful. He sent me videos of the car I found online, gave me an in depth understanding of the technology when I was picking it up, and even walked me through some questions by phone after I left. Doreen is outstanding at her job, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I will continue to go to her and her team from now on whenever me or anyone in my family needs a new car.
