Ashley was very helpful in teaching me how to operate a Tesla since I have never driven one before. I had a small issue with the extra fees they were trying to charge me. Presales support was very good. Both Sean and Christian responded to every question and followed up promptly. But there were big problems with the sale. The vehicle was delivered ap Both Sean and Christian responded to every question and followed up promptly. But there were big problems with the sale. The vehicle was delivered approximately 3 weeks after paying for it, without a title, and the sales team neither notified me of the delay nor were they able to expedite or clarify when I will receive it. The vehicle also arrived missing two important options that the sales team previously confirmed were installed - but after delivery I discovered the vehicle does not have. From their responses I don't believe they were dishonest, but they made mistakes and are not willing to rectify or compensate for them. I do not recommend this dealership for out of state buyers. More
