I purchased my car before seeing it in person and AJ was extremely helpful and attentive. I had a great buying experience here this past May, but getting a simple oil change today? Whoah. A two+-hour nightmare. As soon as I came into the service area, the woman behind the counter put her hand u getting a simple oil change today? Whoah. A two+-hour nightmare. As soon as I came into the service area, the woman behind the counter put her hand up as if to say "stand back...I will be with you shortly." So I waited in the corner...no place to sit...for 15 minutes. Mind you, I had scheduled this in advance...I just wanted to drop off my keys. After 15 minutes of standing in the corner, she finally addressed me and told me the standard oil change was two hours. Are you kidding me?! My husband gets his oil changed in 20 minutes down the road at the Ford dealership. So it gets better...my husband and I go to lunch...I see the same attendant at the restaurant...I go back to the dealership...she is still not there (at lunch...at the restaurant...I passed by her), and I try to find ANYONE on the show floor who will pay attention to me so I can get my car. My car was STILL not worked on, even though it had been on their car lot for 90 minutes at this point. So I go to the show floor to find someone who will help me and I am ignored. I practically had to wave my hands in someone's face to get their attention. They brought me back to service, and they were surprised no one was at the desk. So I was escorted back to the show floor to "wait"...and all I could hear while I waited were F-bombs from sales associates on the phone and joking with each other. I have had an Audi since 2004...been with a number of Audi dealerships across the country from Boston, Houston, to California, but this one was EXTREMELY unprofessional. The only professional was the actual technician who worked on my car. I met him after he worked on it. Audi of Napa Valley...you aren't from Napa, you are Fairfield. Napa is known for its hospitality...I work in it, in hospitality. You are FAR from hospitable. And I wont be going back for any kind of service. I will go to Concord or Marin. More
My husband and I were on a desperate hunt for a used Kia Telluride, and our search brought us to Audi Napa Valley. We called ahead and got connected with Ashley--she was so friendly and immediately sent me all the vehicle details I asked for since we were coming from Union City, which is about a 1.5-hour drive. We really wanted to make sure it was worth the trip. She also texted me appointment info and emailed everything we needed so we felt prepared before even leaving home. When we arrived, we were greeted right away (which sadly isn't common anymore at most dealerships) and were told Ashley was actually out washing the car and filling it with gas for us. While we waited, we wandered the lot--most of the cars were out of our budget, but we still had fun looking. What stood out was that even while browsing, someone came up to greet us outside, and then later another person greeted us inside. If you've been car shopping lately, you know how unusual that is--at so many dealerships we practically had to beg for help. Here, it felt like they actually wanted to take care of us. They even offered us snacks and drinks several times, which made the wait much more comfortable. Once Ashley came back with the Kia, we took it for a test drive. The car itself was great and priced right, but unfortunately it had more miles than we were comfortable with (over 60k, which is a lot for a newer Telluride). The manager even came out to talk with us and offer alternatives to ease our concerns about mileage, which we truly appreciated. In the end, we decided not to buy, but we left impressed with the level of service, friendliness, and genuine care we experienced at Audi Napa Valley. More

From the moment I contacted Devin, I knew I was in good hands. He was responsive. I was asking about a specific vehicle and he got back to me with all of the specifications and made sure to let me know tha hands. He was responsive. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, but just supportive and really tried to figure out what my needs were and what I was looking for and if he had a solution to those. He then went to his manager, and he and his manager worked up a great deal for me on the vehicle and was very clear about any other associated fees or additions so I didn’t feel like I was being manipulated or misled in any way. That sense of clarity and Direct communication was greatly appreciated by me and I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated by anyone. He delivered on everything that he said, and has been completely accessible throughout the entire process and post sale to make sure that I never felt like just another customer. Great work, Devin.
