excellent service all around i went in for a recall-related repair that i was told would take 2-2.5 hours. when i arrived i was told that there was actually a 2nd recall and if i i went in for a recall-related repair that i was told would take 2-2.5 hours. when i arrived i was told that there was actually a 2nd recall and if i wanted it done, it would take about 30 extra minutes ... i finished about an hourly earlier than the original estimate, with a car wash and vacuum too. but the highlight of my visit was Vanessa, who checked me in, checked on me and made sure i was informed, comfortable and taken care of. i can’t recommend DCH highly enough! More

Very friendly and efficient but not forthright with warranty In all my years of owning luxury cars I have never had a warranty expire without a previous warning. My warranty expired so know I am out of coverage and not happy about it. A simple phone call in November to warn me would have been a nice touch, one that VW, SAAB, and BMW all did for me. More
