Was not too happy I dropped my car and drove away with the loaner a little bit before 9am. That was the second time I called when sales informed me that service was already closed. They told me to come pick up the car right away. Very poor management and communication Service never answers the phone. When you leave a message, they never call you back. You have to make it a full time job to get through to someone. When you walk into the dealership, nobody looks up to greet you. There is a new service advisor who is a woman who is the first person to actually treat me like a human being. She always looks up and says hello, but all of the men in service just look down for about 5 minutes before muttering, someone will be right with you. They are all so excited to pass you off to someone else. I have used Jack Daniels Audi and it is so superior. To me this seems like an issue from the top. The employees are not being incentivized to be courteous and friendly towards the customer. Hopefully you guys are beginning to realize this which is why you have the new addition in the department. More
