Very smooth experience. My appointment coincided with a snow storm. I had planned on walking to my office from the service center. My service rep, David, suggested that I t My appointment coincided with a snow storm. I had planned on walking to my office from the service center. My service rep, David, suggested that I take advantage of their drop off service. Thank goodness! Conditions degraded so quickly, the walk would have been rough. The drop off should have been a 5minute ride, but turned into a 30 minute workout for their excellent driver. The work was completed on time despite some additional needs. Very positive experience. Good experience I Came in to replace a tire. Because it was a holiday weekend and I had no appointment, I had to wait almost 4 hours. Vanessa helped me and was wonder I Came in to replace a tire. Because it was a holiday weekend and I had no appointment, I had to wait almost 4 hours. Vanessa helped me and was wonderful. She warned me it would take a while but updated me often and was full of good humor. The dealership was also a lovely place to spend the time waiting for the repair. I sat in a masssge chair, drank complimentary lavazza coffee and read my book. The gentleman who checked my chair on was also very very pleasant! I didn't get his name but he gave me a very warm welcome! More
