Good service but expensive I dropped off my car first thing, hoping to have the car back in 2 hours. The service took 2 1/2 hours (not terrible), and as a courtesy for the extr I dropped off my car first thing, hoping to have the car back in 2 hours. The service took 2 1/2 hours (not terrible), and as a courtesy for the extra waiting time, the service rep offered (and I accepted) a free car wash. The price for any work at the dealer is ALWAYS more than my local mechanic. But for warranty service, I try to avoid using dealers - it is simply too expensive. More

Audi Q5 Service I went for my 55K service. They made me purchase Audi Care citing that the cost of maintenance would be more than the Audi Care. Thought it was a no b I went for my 55K service. They made me purchase Audi Care citing that the cost of maintenance would be more than the Audi Care. Thought it was a no brainer. They then called me in the afternoon and said that they need to flush and replace coolant and serpentine belt needs to be replaced. All of this was for a car with 55K miles. When I went back to pick up my car, I asked for reasons why this might happen. Also asked to see the Serpentine belt that they replaced. The technician was vague and didn't give me good answers. I was charged an additional 400 dollars for this. I think I was sold on a wrong story. But hard to prove when they don't show proof. I would not go back to this place. More

I waited for my car- it took a while. During arrival I dropped off my car and waited in shop for them to fix a pressure sensor on the air conditioning system. I told the service rep to mark down what the problem was and it would save the tech a lot of time. She didn't and I was told it would be looked at on the diagnostic computer. Ok, I can handle that. An hour and 40 minutes later, I was told it needed this high pressure switch (that I told them it needed in the first place) and I needed to approve the work order. 30 minutes later the car was done. The service rep handed me the paperwork while she was on the phone, whispered and pointed to the cashier to pay (to expedite my departure). I payed the cashier (fair price for work performed) and asked if the keys were in the car. I was told yes. Went to car and couldn't find the keys. Came back inside and cashier went searching all over to find the keys. After a bit of searching, the keys were with the service rep. The car was washed and was pleased about that. More
Good service! I want to thank the service department of DCH Audi for repairing my 2006 S4, which needed TLC that only could have been provided by the dealership. Th I want to thank the service department of DCH Audi for repairing my 2006 S4, which needed TLC that only could have been provided by the dealership. The engine runs strong, almost as good as new! One thing that still needs to repaired is the warning lamp on the instrument cluster stating there was a problem with the hood of the engine bay, which wasn’t on prior to me bringing it in for repair. I’m sure that I could bring it back in to have them take a look at it. Otherwise, they get two thumbs up from me or a standing ovation!! More
