Not a great experience I recently brought my Audi Q3 in for its first service, and had reserved a loaner car. Upon speaking to the receptionist I was informed I could not ge I recently brought my Audi Q3 in for its first service, and had reserved a loaner car. Upon speaking to the receptionist I was informed I could not get a loaner car, because I am under 25. I wouldn't have had any issue with this if when I had explicitly asked if I could get a loaner car even though I was under 25 the dealership had said yes. They knew my age when they told me that, and they knew my age when I leased the vehicle. Very disappointed in not being told the truth upfront. More
