Rattles are probably a service department's worse nightmare. I hesitated mentioning them, concerned that the cure might end up worse than the problem. The service advisor was particularly thorough and patient in going over my multiple complaints. The dealer kept the car for a few day and addressed everything. In summary, a pleasant and extremely successful experience that has further increased my enjoyment and satisfaction of a really nice vehicle. More
