We had a graduation the next day and needed the car to transport me and my wheelchair as I was just released from the hospital. Unfortunately, the car could not be fixed in time, but both DCH team members bent over backwards to ensure we could get there and made alternative arrangements for us. Many dealerships "say" they have the best service department, but DCH AUDI really does have the best. Buy your Audi there, and have it serviced there. You will not go wrong. Not friendly, weren't able to complete airbag Usually this place is fairly friendly, but it sure wasnt this time. No one smiles, says good morning or offers to help. In addition, I made a reservation for an airbag recall and after I dropped the car off they told me that they could only do a partial refit and didnt even tell me when they would be able to complete and offered no second appointment so I guess I have to go through this all again. I may find a different audi dealer even though I bought my audi at Millburn Audi. Finally, Audi usually cleans your car when you bring it in. not this time. Overall this was an unpleasant experience.
