Although the 10,000 mile service took longer than I expected, Vanessa kept checking in with me to keep me informed. The free car wash was a nice touch. I did feel “nickel and dimed” having to pay $25 or so for tire rotation at this service. Cannot imagine why such an important activity is not part of the 10,000 mile service. Also the $2 “miscellaneous charge” was a mystery that wasn’t worth my time investigating. More

Non satisfactory service I was told by Shonta in finance perma plate would take ~1.5hrs it actually took closer to 4hrs. Also when asked if any special precautions should be taken after application of perma plate, the service rep told me to clarify that with finance person because she did not know. That was not acceptable answer to me. Whether or not the work is outsourced to a different company, DCH Audi service department should be able to provide me that basic information. More

Not what I expected My car suddenly showed brake warning lights on Monday while I was driving. I called Audi shortly after they opened Tuesday am and left a message with My car suddenly showed brake warning lights on Monday while I was driving. I called Audi shortly after they opened Tuesday am and left a message with service department. The service department NEVER called me back. I called several times Tuesday but never got to a person - only got voice mail so didn't bother to leave a second message. I find this disturbing especially given that I had concerns of whether it was safe to drive my car. On Wednesday I drove to the dealership to see if I could get service. They were willing to look at it and ended up fixing my brakes. More
