I got what I needed, but I felt ignored My problem got diagnosed, parts were ordered, and an appointment was made for installation. So - I will have everything I need. However, I am not as pleased as I would like to be because the service representative did not seem to have time for me. I went to his desk after waiting over two hours to ask what was going on with my car- that was when he briefed me. Then I was asked to wait a little while for him to finish something, and he would finish up with me. I waited another 20 minutes and then went to his desk again because I couldn't wait much longer. Only when I initiated the conversation did he tell me what the next steps would be, etc. i understand that the service department is very busy and that my problem was not an easy one to solve, but I had an appointment and should have been responded to more directly and quicker. More

On every occasion that I visit the dealership, I am always treated like I'm "one of the family" and not merely just another customer. My initial sales experience with General Sales Manager Al Khouri, was the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Al is the consummate gentleman who always goes out of his way to make my visits special (even though I am not there to purchase a new vehicle ... at least not yet!). Service Manager Al Palma and his team provide outstanding service and make sure that I am always treated like a VIP. Their work is always well done and they never try to up-sell or push service that isn't needed. More

Problem Solved I had an issue with what I thought was a brake problem. When I shared my experience with David. He was able to clarify that the nose may have been cau I had an issue with what I thought was a brake problem. When I shared my experience with David. He was able to clarify that the nose may have been caused by a small pebble getting stuck in the brake pad which caused the squeaky noise. He did a diagnostic and let me know everything was okay. I was also pleasantly surprised that the service technician offered to wash and clean my car. I left more aware, feeling relieved, and having a cleaner card to boot. Thanks! More
