This dealership explained the possible malfunctions associated with one of the icons that appeared on mine; promptly checked the computer in the Audi to determine the specific concern; promptly ordered the needed parts; and communicated the status of the order; and finally called to let me know the parts were in and I could set up an appointment with a loaner car to use. Then, because the job took 2 days, I was kept up to date on the status of the work, and the contact person I could call on each of the days. Because the attention, communication, and consideration were so excellent, I am happy to submit this review. More
