So when my old car lease was up in August, I opted to ride my bike to the train station to avoid having to car shop. Once the cold weather set in, this California girl buckled. I knew I had to buy a car, so I went to DCH Millburn. Once there, I met Bryan Levin. Both my husband and I liked him right away - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he loved cars, specifically Audis, and his job. When he called me after the visit, I said, can we make this painless? Can we just figure this out simply? And he did. There was no uncomfortable high-pressure sales games. I got the car I dreamed of for a fair price. I had some peculiar needs, and DCH was able to meet them all. It truly was a positive experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a car! More

All through the negotiation Mr. Shehady was very attentive and focused, taking the time and making every effort to understand all my wants and needs. This included all the details and features of the car but also the transaction topics like financing, trade-in, and registration and insurance. Different team members participated in different parts of the process and all went very smoothly. Mr. Shehady even helped keep my toddler child entertained and fed, which was a customer care level that is above and beyond what I had normally seen before. That day, I left with the car/features I wanted at a price that I felt was a good deal. After a few days and as per our agreement, I had to come back to the shop so they took care of a minor cosmetic issue I had found when I originally inspected this used car. Once again, the team made good on every promise, and the quality of service was very high. Overall, this was a great buying experience; this is a great group of people focused on making customers happy. More

Lowest offer on my trade by a long shot I was trading in a scratch free competitive vehicle with zero issues and zero work needed to be put up for resale, it also had only 24,000 miles on it I was trading in a scratch free competitive vehicle with zero issues and zero work needed to be put up for resale, it also had only 24,000 miles on it. Three other competitive dealerships (both BMW and Audi) offered 33% more than DCH, quite a large and surprising difference. The DCH appraiser checked the mileage of my trade, didn't ask me a single question, plugged the info into his computer and that was it, he didn't even drive the car an inch where the other three dealerships went through the car from head to toe. DCH was clearly low-balling me almost to the point of being insulting, they also wouldn't budge even $1 off their pre-owned car's asking price. DCH's offer on my vehicle was almost 1/2 retail. I've been buying cars for 40 years now, not surprised this happened, just surprised it happened here. More
