Review of 2018Q5 Audi Lease experience I have been dealing with DCH for years, dating back to when there was a DCH VW division. I leased 3 VW’s starting in 1999, and moved over to DCH Audib I have been dealing with DCH for years, dating back to when there was a DCH VW division. I leased 3 VW’s starting in 1999, and moved over to DCH Audibin 2009 and am now into my 4th Audi lease. My overall experience with DCH has been great! The last 3 Audi’s I have leased from Joe Sasso and he has always been extremely professional and fair. He listens to what I am looking for and always works his hardest to find it.. He treats me like a valued customer, I recommended him to my sister this past year and he got her into a 2017 Q5. The service Dept has also been very fair with me and never has me doing more to the car then it needs. More

excellent service all around i went in for a recall-related repair that i was told would take 2-2.5 hours. when i arrived i was told that there was actually a 2nd recall and if i i went in for a recall-related repair that i was told would take 2-2.5 hours. when i arrived i was told that there was actually a 2nd recall and if i wanted it done, it would take about 30 extra minutes ... i finished about an hourly earlier than the original estimate, with a car wash and vacuum too. but the highlight of my visit was Vanessa, who checked me in, checked on me and made sure i was informed, comfortable and taken care of. i can’t recommend DCH highly enough! My warranty expired so know I am out of coverage and not happy about it. A simple phone call in November to warn me would have been a nice touch, one that VW, SAAB, and BMW all did for me. More
