Good service but expensive I dropped off my car first thing, hoping to have the car back in 2 hours. The service took 2 1/2 hours (not terrible), and as a courtesy for the extr I dropped off my car first thing, hoping to have the car back in 2 hours. The price for any work at the dealer is ALWAYS more than my local mechanic. But for warranty service, I try to avoid using dealers - it is simply too expensive. More

Audi Q5 Service I went for my 55K service. They made me purchase Audi Care citing that the cost of maintenance would be more than the Audi Care. Thought it was a no b I went for my 55K service. They made me purchase Audi Care citing that the cost of maintenance would be more than the Audi Care. Thought it was a no brainer. They then called me in the afternoon and said that they need to flush and replace coolant and serpentine belt needs to be replaced. All of this was for a car with 55K miles. When I went back to pick up my car, I asked for reasons why this might happen. Also asked to see the Serpentine belt that they replaced. The technician was vague and didn't give me good answers. I was charged an additional 400 dollars for this. I think I was sold on a wrong story. But hard to prove when they don't show proof. I would not go back to this place. More
