A no hassle experience in buying a car! Walked in to DCH Audi not necessarily expecting to buy a car that day. Asked one of the sales folks (Don Kim) if he could get the keys (FOB) to show Walked in to DCH Audi not necessarily expecting to buy a car that day. From that moment until I drove out with my new Q7 Audi it was a totally not pressured or anxiety producing experience. We totally went over the features of the car,what it had and what it didn't have; took a slow drive around town all the time pointing out the working details of the Audi ;and then returned to the shop where we went over my trade-in, the asking price of the new vehicle; what payment options were available and even went over all the details of leasing and buying. I never felt pressured and if I had I would have just walked out as I have done in the past when shopping for cars. Once I had made up my mind to go ahead Don worked with me and my Insurance Company (USAA-who were great) to arrange all the paperwork ,changing cars on the policy, getting all the financing documents signed and faxed back and forth with DCH. At that point my car had been detailed, Don and I shook hands and I drove off ( with a tear in my eye as I left my old Navigator in the rear view mirror) in my new Q7, which I am still getting used to and finding out more amazing things it can do, which I like very much and find to be a pleasure to drive. Got quick answers on the phone right away, with no call backs. Once I was satisfied with the price after a little negotiation I informed them that I would be in the next day and at what time. When I got there I viewed and drove the car and everything was as described. The paperwork as already for me and most importantly the price was exactly as discussed. Very professional and straight forward. A nice change compared to many dealers who play games and skew information and numbers. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Audi. More
