Cheats. Beware I will never take my car here. Took my car for service. I got a call saying that the Radiator fluid is dilute and dirty and the serpentine belt needs I will never take my car here. I was very surprised as my Q5 is only 3 years old with 55K miles. I believed them and got it done. I had to go back again in 1 month for a recall replacement. The lady called me and said that recall take care off; but the radiator fluid needs to be flushed as it is dilute and dirty! When I challenged her that how come it can become dirty in a month, she said that she was looking at the wrong car. What a bunch of cheats. I now believe that I probably got ripped off for 500 bucks the first go around as well. I will never go back to DCH. You should think as well...... More
