I am rating this dealership based upon my overall experience. Sal Tsegai was extremely friendly and professional. I was sent an email from Chris, saying that they want my car. They need used cars and they looked at there records and my car is what they are looking for. He got back to me and said I should come down and we can talk, I live about 40 minutes away, so I sent him some information and asked if he could not waste anymore of my time and see what he could do. He did get back to me and said that nothing could be done. I only wish that if nothing could be done then don't send me an email saying we want your car. It wastes my time and if I would have driven all the way there it would have wasted my time and gas money. I think that the email should be 100% truthful when sent out and not if you want my car, then do what you have to do get it and stop wasting my time. I love my audi, this is my second audi, but if these emails telling me the great things that this dealership can do for me, doesn't do anything for me except waste my time then I will probably go elsewhere.
