On Tuesday, January 7 at 5 pm I had gotten in my car to start my 50+mile drive home from work. My car started shuttering every time I pressed the accelerator pedal. I called Blanca Simpson at the Audi Meadowlands Service center, told her my problem and asked if she could help me. Blanca was extremely helpful and even went as far to state what she thought the problem was over the phone. The service department usually would close by the time that I got there at 6pm, but Blanca told me to come in anyway and said she would help me out. Blanca had the service technician Mkie Lanzellota bring my car in, looked at it and sure enough Blanca was correct that the issue was a bad ignition coil. Mike and Blanca suggested that I change all 8 of them so that I wouldn't be back in the next few weeks with another bad coil. Mike and Blanca stayed until 7:30 that night to make sure my car was taken care of. I drove out with my car fixed and a great customer service experience.
