Best Audi Dealer in Area By Far, Shop here FIRST and last!!! Second Audi acquired from this dealer and this experience was just as fantastic as past. James and Edwin, my sales person 3 1/2 years ago, worked together to provide me with a very good and fair deal for both of us. James also searched and found the exact vehicle that I wanted and they were able to get it from another dealer so I didn't have to wait the 3 months for delivery. Alex did a great job in delivering my car and walking through the changes. Even their finance person was very nice to deal with. Only dealer that I have been to, twice now, that was a pleasant experience versus feeling you got taken a bit. Big difference from other Audi nearby dealer who quoted me a number higher than that on Audi's website, didn't give me Audi loyalty credit, wouldn't provide specific deal information, only let me test drive the vehicle 2 miles and not on highways, and tried to sell only their inventory telling me at least 3 months to get the car set up the way I wanted. I couldn't wait to get out of this dealership it was such a bad experience overall. More

I was so particular and concerned about wasting another trip to a miserable dealership that I reached out via the internet to make an appointment and the response that I received from Andrea Visentini was off the charts fantastic. She was genuine in her approach and listened to what my reservations were. She has such a nice way of being helpful and never pushy.She promptly emailed and called me to let me know she was there when I wanted to speak with her. When I did have my appointment she personally was involved and matched me with a superior,knowledgeable individual, Stephen Ackerman. He knows how to let Audi speak for itself, a fantastic product. He is talented & wise to know how a driver becomes acclimated to a new car and makes the process so relaxed and clear. He and Andrea and Vanessa made all the difference in my decision to not shop around but rather get on board with a good thing, a dealership that had the right people, superior service team and great product.
