Unprofessional and incompetent. I purchased 4 Audi's when this dealer was owned by Benzel Busch and it was a great experience. I brought my car in for warranty work nearly two months ago. After finally receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I played the voicemail confirm ago. After finally receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I played the voicemail confirming that the car was ready, and suddenly, the paperwork was found, but I was then asked for about $4k in payment. This is unacceptable. I have a platinum warranty, and I should not be charged for items that are supposed to be covered. It feels like an attempt to double-dip by billing both the warranty and me. I had to leave without my vehicle and will follow up on Monday to resolve this issue with the service advisor. More
