I was experiencing an oil leak back in May 2024, I had it repaired at Audi Meadowlands. Fast forward to October, having a similar leak issue. Keep in mind I was told there is a 1 year warranty on repairs. repaired at Audi Meadowlands. Fast forward to October, having a similar leak issue. Keep in mind I was told there is a 1 year warranty on repairs. Went back to the dealership today for inspection. I was told the previous repair was intact but would require a $500 clean up fee to diagnosis where the "new" leak is coming from. I find it suspicious that they can quickly rule out their previous repair YET they need to charge me $500 to even start to locate the "new" leak. Recently this dealership has gone way downhill, not sure if its cause of new ownership. I had to fight and claw to get reimbursed for a tow that was caused by faulty work back in June. I find it very difficult to find the truth in what they are selling...i mean recommending. I would absolutely stay away from working with them, the staff isnt ethical or trustworthy. their intention is to upsell services at all costs. this is not the type of business i want to deal with. More
