I was experiencing an oil leak back in May 2024, I had it repaired at Audi Meadowlands. Fast forward to October, having a similar leak issue. I was told the previous repair was intact but would require a $500 clean up fee to diagnosis where the "new" leak is coming from. I find it suspicious that they can quickly rule out their previous repair YET they need to charge me $500 to even start to locate the "new" leak. Recently this dealership has gone way downhill, not sure if its cause of new ownership. I had to fight and claw to get reimbursed for a tow that was caused by faulty work back in June. I find it very difficult to find the truth in what they are selling...i mean recommending. I would absolutely stay away from working with them, the staff isnt ethical or trustworthy. their intention is to upsell services at all costs. this is not the type of business i want to deal with. I brought my car in for warranty work nearly two months ago. After finally receiving a call that the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I played the voicemail confirming that the car was ready, and suddenly, the paperwork was found, but I was then asked for about $4k in payment. This is unacceptable. I have a platinum warranty, and I should not be charged for items that are supposed to be covered. It feels like an attempt to double-dip by billing both the warranty and me. I had to leave without my vehicle and will follow up on Monday to resolve this issue with the service advisor. More
