I know Adam is new to Audi Marin but he really leaned in to make sure I had a great experience and navigated the process like a seasoned pro. Grace Collins at Audi Marin sales was wonderful to work with. She was gracious and personable, extremely knowledgeable about the entire Audi and VW line of vehicles, and is an automotive enthusiast hersel with. Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car.
