The service department is definitely a contributing factor in my decision to purchase another Audi. They offer many conveniences such as same day walk in service and factory loaner cars. Novak the shop foreman is always ready and willing to immediately road test my vehicle or diagnose any issues if I come in with a concern. On this sales visit I had the pleasure of meeting with Sofia Diana. It was a great experience working with her, she was very personable and attentive to all my requests. She had me test drive the car and also found me a car that matched my color and feature preferences the first day I came in. Next I met with Justin who was able to instantly price the monthly payment within my budget. He was also able to trade in my previous Audi and expedite delivery of my new one within two days. We were able to complete the sales process on my first visit within a couple of hours. They saved me a lot of time and travel from having to shop around. Sofia and Justin made me feel comfortable and valued, they were able to earn my trust and my business. More

Love my new car! I had a wonderful experience at Audi Lynbrook. I went to look at the new Audi A3. I found the car to be exactly what I wanted. My sales person, Sofi I had a wonderful experience at Audi Lynbrook. I went to look at the new Audi A3. I found the car to be exactly what I wanted. My sales person, Sofia Diana, could not have been more accommodating. We went for a test drive, negotiated price and set up delivery all in about 2 hours. I picked up my car in two days. Sofia explained as much about the car as I could absorb in one sitting and we set up an appointment to come back and learn more. I am enjoying my new "ride". I have received follow up texts and phone call from Sofia to make sure I was doing well. All in all my experience has been excellent. I look forward to driving my new car for years to come. I will be dealing with the Audi Service department and expect to give them a 5 star rating as well. More
