They take their time to find out exactly what is wrong with your car and get it back to you as quickly as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way. I love the fact that the staff is available at all times even after you purchase a vehicle. I never imagined that the staff Felicia would remember me or my name after two whole years. With that said, I've received good and mostly bad to terrible service over the years. Ms Naomi Martinez has set the bar to a new height. Her attentiveness to detail and care is extremely impressive. Yes, it is her job to do so but going above and beyond is not. She makes sure she completely understand the issues a guest may be having with their vehicles. If somethings goes wrong in anyways, the stories I have about that, she will take full responsibility in which I don't even let her finish her apology. Her willingness to work in a "team" based environment makes the experience feel welcoming. Audi Lynbrook is very fortunate to have her on their team.
