Windshield wiper motor had died, this dealer was able to get me an appointment the next day (since it would be raining) and within 1 day was able to have the motor in stock and replaced. I droped off my car for service on friday at 4pm, I was not given a loaner car. I was told that the car would be ready for pickup saturday. I was forced to call the service center saturday afternoon becaus not given a loaner car. I was told that the car would be ready for pickup saturday. I was forced to call the service center saturday afternoon because I never recieve a call regarding my car. I was tod the car was not ready and hopefully it will be ready on Monday. On monday again I waws not called regarding my car so I called in the afternoon. I was told the car was ready. When I got there the car was not ready it still needed to be washed. I had to wait 20 min for them to wash my car. A simple service took this service center three days to complete. I will no longer be using this service center. I would rather drive out of my way to greatneck and get my car serivced. More
