I purchased my Audi in 2023 from Audi of Livermore, and have been returning for regular service since. I was very satisfied with the sales process and continue to be satisfied with the service team, espec have been returning for regular service since. What I appreciated most about Audi Livermore was the complete lack of sales pressure throughout the entire process. The experience was great. Jen and her manager Louis were great! We didn't want to waste time driving around looking for the car we wanted at the price that made sense, Jen was Jen and her manager Louis were great! We didn't want to waste time driving around looking for the car we wanted at the price that made sense, Jen was able to find us a Q5 that had all the things we wanted at a price that was better then I expected. Louis helped find the car and when it was sold from under us, he was able to find a replacement that actually cost more, but sold it to us at the original negotiated price. The finance manager, Carlos came up with several tempting options, but since we already had a load in place we went with it. After the sale we needed some information on the sale, and even though Jen, Carlos, and Louis were off for the day, Zamir jumped in and helped us get a copy of the paperwork we needed. Overall everyone at the dealership were great to work with! More
