So then I felt like I had a team helping me find the right vehicle, which was a great feeling. I also noticed they seemed to understand if a customer feels valued, they will respond in kind. They were respectful, diligent, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am a discerning customer, but I get the sense if I was less knowledgeable, Alex and team would have helped me navigate options and make the right choice. This is the gold standard of Sales Service. More
