I’ll start out by saying we are very knowledgeable in the industry and we have owned dozens of Audis before. We had a great experience with Joel at Audi Lehi. However, when it came to negotiations, we gave a industry and we have owned dozens of Audis before. We had a great experience with Joel at Audi Lehi. However, when it came to negotiations, we gave a reasonable offer with our trade in and we had a terrible experience with Gio Guiullo. He stepped in as the “sales manager” to discuss the number we wanted to be at, and was all fired up and came at us very aggressively. We were confused and unsure why he was so rude to us, when we hadn’t even worked with him at all. Joel was absolutely amazing, but we immediately got up and left and did not buy the car because we were treated absolutely horribly by someone who we were just meeting for the first time. I don’t think anyone should ever talk to a potential customer like that. We will refuse to work with Gio in the future, and will be buying a car elsewhere to make sure we don’t give him our business. Gio sold me two cars. He is genuine, kind and has a good sense of humor! He is genuine, kind and has a good sense of humor! More
I purchased a new 2018 Audi Q7 a little over 4 years ago. Completed all services and oil changes at the dealer.. Then last month the engine died while driving on I-80. I had it towed to Lehi Audi. Ken Garff Completed all services and oil changes at the dealer.. Then last month the engine died while driving on I-80. I had it towed to Lehi Audi. Ken Garff Lehi Audi wanted $35,000 to replace the engine, more than the current value of the car. We were offered $3,500 by the dealer so they could take it to auction and 10% off MSRP on a new Audi. North America Audi says all reimbursement is up to the dealer. It’s a total loss to us. I expected MUCH more from Audi for a $60,000 car meticulously maintained, and couldn’t be more disappointed in Ken Garff Lehi Audi. Audi will never see us cross their threshold again. It’s hard to find the words that express our disappointment and anger. More
In pursuit of test driving all sorts of cars: Honda, Ford, Lexus, Audi, and BMW, one thing stayed true throughout the process: Ken Garff is the best. I have been on the journey looking for a new car (us Ford, Lexus, Audi, and BMW, one thing stayed true throughout the process: Ken Garff is the best. I have been on the journey looking for a new car (used and new), and Audi was not my first choice. That changed as soon as I drove an Audi as a rental, and then got the privilege to test drive a brand new Audi. They provide such a smooth ride in comparison to all other manufacturers I’ve tried. Now, let’s get to the dealership itself. It’s so convenient off the freeway. It’s also very clean. Next, let’s talk about customer service. The real reason why you’re reading this long post right? Mitch was my sales consultant and his passion for Audi/cars really showed in his expression of his experience and also the IN DEPTH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE he knows about Audi. I mean, we’re talking about Chasis, power, manufacturing process, you name it. I went to the other luxury car dealerships and they don’t talk to you about the specifications of why a drive is the way it is. I’m the type of person to want to know every minute detail about what I’m investing in and why (cosmetically, mechanically, financially) I should be investing in things (ANYTHING). And I want someone who is sophisticated and experienced enough to be well versed in a particular area to lead and educate me. It’s even more wishful thinking to add on being charismatic and ultra kind and patient right? Well, it’s not wishful thinking. Mitch Page did just so. Heck, even if you don’t want an Audi, just get in any car with Mitch and he’ll probably tell you all you need to know in a polite and fun way. Financing was a breeze when I got help from Karen, Tamir, and Gio. They don’t pressure you into anything. They are very customer centric giving you all the data you need to make the best decision to finance. I’m waiting for my ceramic tint on my car, and I’ll update with a photo then. In the meantime: THANK YOU AUDI LEHI! I’m so excited to be part of the Audi family with my new car. More

They failed to provide even an electronic copy of my registration until 11/18/22. They informed me on 11/18/22 that the package including my registration and plates was sent to the wrong address. I have not received any follow up on the matter from any of the staff at Audi Lehi or the Ken Garff corporation that owns them. I have made calls, sent emails, and even had my local Audi dealership reach out to them to assist, and still no response or update. I last spoke with the salesman I bought the car from on 3/27/2023 and still no response at this point. If this doesn't tell you about the business they run I don't know what will. More
I took my car in for service and accidentally left my wedding ring in my middle console and when I picked up my car it was gone. When I asked about it they said we wouldn’t take it of course. Poor customer service, bordering on dishonest. We are the original owners of a 2014 A3 with <50k miles. Our vehicle had an airbag recall notice outstanding for about a year. An airbag recall i We are the original owners of a 2014 A3 with <50k miles. Our vehicle had an airbag recall notice outstanding for about a year. An airbag recall is probably something a reasonable and prudent person would be worried about, right? Well, the dealership kept telling us they couldn't obtain the part(s). Time came for our regular maintenance, and when we tried to schedule it online (and include the recall service request), the online scheduling system showed there were no available appointment dates, ever! So, we simply scheduled a regular maintenance, and when I dropped the vehicle off I asked again about the airbag recall. The service rep gave me a song and dance about "parts in Ukraine" or some such nonsense, so I asked him to have the Service Manager call me. You know what? The airbag parts "magically" appeared that day. I personally felt the entire experience was borderline false and misleading. Good news, the airbag recall is now complete. During the maintenance, the technician reported that our battery was failing. Not a surprise, the car is 8 years old and the battery is OEM. I asked my service rep if I could just buy a battery at the auto parts store and change it myself, and he said yes. Well, I know a little bit about this topic, so I probed deeper, and asked if there was anything I needed to be careful of if I switched the battery. Our service rep said "Well, yes, the vehicle has to be programmed to the battery (or the battery programmed to the vehicle - I can't recall which was given), otherwise it won't work." I was pretty unhappy at this point, and asked why he didn't share this nugget of information up front. I even went so far as to tell him that had I swapped the battery myself, and had problems with the vehicle not recognizing the battery, that I would have been a much less pleasant customer. In order to avoid me losing my cool over a simple battery replacement, I forked over a small fortune to have the dealership replace the battery and saved everyone a ton of aggravation. Basically, my trust in this dealership is pretty much zero and I'm very disappointed with their integrity. More
My Name is Tom Alexander, my wife and I purchased our 9th Audi from Audi Lehi, Ut. This year. Over the years we purchased Audi’s from first rate big name dealers while living in Chicago land IL. And the Co Audi from Audi Lehi, Ut. This year. Over the years we purchased Audi’s from first rate big name dealers while living in Chicago land IL. And the Colorado front range. Occasionally an issue can arise in servicing the vehicle, I’ve seen a number of approaches over the decades that service manager’s use to deal with issues. We’ve had some great dealers over the years to work with but occasionally individuals on both sides can have a bad day. I have a saying “it’s nice to get a great deal but it’s the service that keeps you coming back”!!! Audi Lehi has been at the top of the rung but we did have a service issue recently that we wanted to discuss face to face with the manager. Porsche/Audi Lehi Service Manager Simon Millican after all the decades of owing Audi’s is at the pinnacle in his current position. Listening skills were the best I’ve ever encountered, people skills as well. No pandering, very genuine and fair, easy to talk with. Both the customer and his subordinates benefit from his leadership and that’s a win win. I worked in a lead service capacity for a worldwide company in 78 countries. Left that job and started my own business, worked as a consultant then accepted positions at two different companies. Plant manager and VP of Operation’s. I recognize excellence when I see it. Hat’s off to Ken Garff for putting together such a fine team at Audi Lehi in general. Of all the dealers we’ve worked with over the decades the management team is a cut above. Thank you Simon for your time and the opportunity to get to know you better. Tom & Connie Alexander More
Contacted Audi LEHI to order a vehicle. Was immediately advised they will be charging a 10k markup over the MSRP on the vehicle. Dealerships make a killing on the MSRP to begin with. This i Was immediately advised they will be charging a 10k markup over the MSRP on the vehicle. Dealerships make a killing on the MSRP to begin with. This is a new tactic for greedy dealerships to take advantage of customers. If someone bought a car for 10k additional and had a unfortunate accident. They would be out 10k and way more. I would strongly recommend avoiding dealerships that are looking to take advantage of customers. If they're willing to take advantage of customers on a purchase. What do you think they will do with a repair? Could be you next. More
