To start, the part to repair my Q7 took a month. Not totally in your control, but I doubt anything was done to try to get it here faster. During that month, I was driving my TT, and I had to take it in for service, which meant you had both of my Audi’s. Rich was kind enough to say he thought he could find me a loaner to drive for a few days as it was getting really cold. Rich was the advisor for the TT and actually noticed my Q7 was there also. I picked the TT, and followed up a few times with Brady on the loaner for a few days after Thanksgiving. He just kept saying no, but all reactive when I asked- once at the end of the week he texted and said no. Pretty sad you can’t provide a loaner vehicles for a few days- I never expected the full month- since I am fortunate to have 2 cars. I followed up with Brady on 12/8- I was working from Europe that week, on whether the part arrived, and he said yes and that he meant to text me. This is a big deal to me. So I said great, he would have the fix done mid week. I asked him to wrap up the invoice so I could get it paid. I had a friend picking up the Q7 on Saturday - 12/13. I wasn’t getting back from my business trip until 4pm, and then left for another one on Sunday. But, then I get a text telling me I needed to pay before he would let my friend pick up the car, which I responded to with that is why I asked for the invoice, so I could wrap it up. It is the second time at our dealership I have been treated like I can’t pay you. When he text was doing the service, Brady asked me if I wanted them to do the 10k service, which I said he car was just certified and only has less than 5k miles on it and not even a year in service. I honestly thought he was trying to pull a fast one. So I get in the car and of course the dash message is that a service is due. I wish he had explained that the records are showing it is due. Partly my fault, but he is not helpful. And the final part, my friend picks up the car, and sent me a message saying wow, it is filthy. She is a jeep driver and said even Jeep runs the car through the wash after service. Let alone sitting on your lot, outside for a month. And your team couldn’t even wash it? Since I was headed back to the airport, I booked an appointment for the Parking Spot to take care of it while I am gone. What an exhausting month. Bad enough this damage was done to my brand new car by the shipper, but this was just too much. Now I set up service on 1/2 to handle the 10k service.
