I feel strongly I was dealt with dishonestly. This service was all about denial of errors and not accepting responsibility. I asked to speak with Simon, the manager. I left a very nice voicemail for him but he refused to return my call. The diagnostics fell short and my questions were not addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example. I corrected the prob addressed. I felt multiple times that diagnostic steps should have been taken further and this last visit was a perfect example. I corrected the problem later after Audi Lehi left repair next steps as “replace engine”. Repair was a $300 part. How can trust be built with this dynamic? More
