Sadie was great. The rest of the service was bad. My car went in 3 different times for a recall and they never game me a loner because they didn’t have enough. Not th The rest of the service was bad. My car went in 3 different times for a recall and they never game me a loner because they didn’t have enough. Not the mention but they also lost my car key while they were servicing it. My car was in service for weeks and then they gave me a bid for new brake pads and rotors for the front and they quoted me $2,400. I declined and did the brakes myself for $260 the next day. Talk about a terrible experience. More

Avoid this dealership. Finance Manager Baum Jordan and Salesman Ivo are the worst. Also Sales Manager Samir. I purchased a 2021 Q5 certified and after just 10 days I starte Finance Manager Baum Jordan and Salesman Ivo are the worst. Also Sales Manager Samir. I purchased a 2021 Q5 certified and after just 10 days I started having problems with the vehicle, problems with the pay-off of the trade in, problems with a rock-ship in the windshield, etc. I had to contact Ken Garff corporate and submit a complaint. The waiting room amenities were pretty basic, with limited options for snacks and drinks, making the wait feel even longer. Overall, the staff was friendly, but I think there’s room for improvement in efficiency and comfort for the price. More
