This was the worst experience of a car purchase I have ever had. I would not ever buy another Audi nor would I ever recommend this dealership or service center. The lack of communication was appalling. I ever had. I would not ever buy another Audi nor would I ever recommend this dealership or service center. The lack of communication was appalling. I had owned my car for 75 days and of those days the vehicle was in the service center for 45. More

Helped with a quick transaction and set me up with what I was looking for. Took care of all of the details fairly quickly. Was in and out as promised. The only real area of improvement is a lack of a propert was looking for. Took care of all of the details fairly quickly. Was in and out as promised. The only real area of improvement is a lack of a property detail job on the car before delivery. Windows weren’t clean, there were still water spots, and residue from the factory protection film. My wife took her 2022 Audi A3 in to get a check engine light and battery light checked and then they did an oil change, she was promised a courtesy car with her appointment at 11:30, So she drove the two light and battery light checked and then they did an oil change, she was promised a courtesy car with her appointment at 11:30, So she drove the two hours to the dealership only to be told 10 minutes before our appointment that they didn’t have a courtesy car available for her and she was just going to have to figure it out herself. So now she ended up at the dealership all day long and wasted a whole day. They ended up replacing the ERG valve. They also did an oil change, but by the time she made it home the car had a rod knock, I checked and it was extremely low on oil, I don’t think they put any in it, but surprisingly after having it towed back to the dealership, they said they couldn’t find a problem and the knock mysteriously disappeared, The rod knock was gone and everything was fine. There’s only 5000 miles before the warranty is up and in my opinion, they just threw some heavy oil in it and are hoping for the warranty to lapse before the engine blows up I would never take anything to them again because it had an obvious serious rod knock. Both Audi service stations in Salt Lake area are horrible to work with. I love Audis but with the service I won’t be buying one ever again. More

Car was serviced as expected but my service rep did not answer back my texts to arrange a pickup time. When I arrived the service dept was closed, the car had not been washed, and I had to find someone in answer back my texts to arrange a pickup time. Experience was horrible - have been a customer for 13 years - might look else where when I rebuy an Audi. Bought 4 new tires from Dealership instead of Big 0 because my car was in shop for 30,000 mile c years - might look else where when I rebuy an Audi. Bought 4 new tires from Dealership instead of Big 0 because my car was in shop for 30,000 mile checkup and it was convenient. Two weeks later a road hazard (piece of steel) hits my rear tire and slashes it. Came back in to service department - they told my daughter there was no warranty and I would have to buy another tire. The service department had to order a tire and a few days later I came to pick up the car and talked to service guy who first, could not even find a record of me buying the tires and then when questioned again about a warranty said there was none. I proceeded to tell him how disappointed I was and that had i known that I would have gone to Big O who always has a warranty and fixes every flat for free. Another sales person overheard and told the service guy that he was wrong, that yes there was a warranty - it just was through the tire manufacture and Sadie would be the one to work on that and get my $600 plus back for the tire that was replaced. The service person (a pleasant informed girl) told my service guy to have the shop take a picture of the slashed tire to go along with the warranty request. Long story short Sadie never returned my calls but finally sent a text saying the car was not seen at audi so she could not proceed with the warranty. I responded with disgust and disbelief that Audi can do business like this and treat established customers like this. I set Sadie straight in a nice way through text and she said she would reopen the request and let me know. Crickets since then. You have lost my confidence and my return business. Next new Audi will be purchased from a dealership who knows what customer service is. There are plenty around. Vivian Nash, SNVN Holdings, LLC More
