The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Had 10:00 appt for 50000 mile service and told advisor that will be back at 1:00 for the car. That service is really only an oil change. When I came back at 1:00 the car wasn’t even worked on yet. Wait that will be back at 1:00 for the car. That service is really only an oil change. When I came back at 1:00 the car wasn’t even worked on yet. Waited another 1 1/2 hours in waiting room until car was being worked on. Advisor told me they had many appointments that day. What is the point of an appointment if you won’t honor the time of the appointment??? Absolutely poor customer service. 4 1/2 hours for basically an oil change is ridiculous!!! If I had one of my patients wait for hours past their appointment time to see me I wouldn’t have a business. More

Great dealership! !! Went there just to test drive Audi Q4 e-tron and was not planning to buy until tested other brands. But the way we were welcomed and informed in-de !!
