Very poor experience. Walked around the lot browsing new Audis on a beautiful Sunday for more than half an hour figuring someone would come say hello. After no one did, went up to showroom to be sure that they were open. One young man employee setting at a desk looking at a computer. Two other employees chatting in an office. One saw me but never got up. After spending at least fifteen minutes looking at the dusty showroom cars finally stuck my head into their office and asked if someone could help me. Asked about price on a car and the salesman flipped a copy of the sticker around and said "there it is". No one present could make a selling decision on an offered price. Left my number for a sales manager to call the next day but he never did. To make a long story short- most pathetic car shopping experience I have ever had. Ended up buying the same car from a Florida dealership (and even incurring extra travel expenses) because they acted like they wanted my business. More

These people care about the customer. My parking light was problematic when I leased my A7. As soon as I reported the problem was reoccurring the service manager called and they picked up my A7 the next d was problematic when I leased my A7. As soon as I reported the problem was reoccurring the service manager called and they picked up my A7 the next day, left a new loaner and returned my A7 that afternoon. Sincerely, John Locus More

We were very pleased with our purchase and our experience. The only drawback was we only got one key for our Scion and not getting a spare.
