Working with Kristin was great. She handled the drop off appointment quickly and had my loaner ready to go. She communicated clearly and let me know of anything they found above my regular service. After experiencing a rumbling sound when turning, the Audi Service Department diagnosed the problem with the central differential, which was covered by warranty. Service advisor Aimee informed me of the process and timeline to make the necessary repairs. There was plenty of open communication during this process, and appointments were scheduled to fit my availability. It was an excellent experience overall!

Found service staff friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Good experience on check in. A honest estimation of how long service would take after a recall was mentioned. Service consultant, James Alvarado, made the additional accommodations to make the the time well spent.

The check in was very good and the work done was excellent as usual. The online schedule was a little challenging if you need to amend. New shortage of loaners is complicating!

Easy to schedule online and appointment was quick and efficient. I left my car there and the service was done in -2 hours. Next time I want to try to have pick up arranged.
