Went on a beautiful Saturday afternoon after thanksgiving to go drive a Q7 and possibly buy. As I walked in with the wife and 2 kids, nobody said hello, how can we help you or anything. I could count 2-3 sal to go drive a Q7 and possibly buy. As I walked in with the wife and 2 kids, nobody said hello, how can we help you or anything. I could count 2-3 sales men with one of them engaged with a customer and a manager which I later discovered was the manager by sitting in his exclusive office. So after walking the showroom for 5 minutes, we decided to walk outside towards the car hoping someone would come out. Nobody came. At this time, the wife was very discouraged and decided to stay in the car. Mind you, Wife loved the new Range Rover sport and Lexus GX470. And this is me trying to convince wife that Audi Q7 is the way to go. Decided to walk back in hoping someone would say something. Sat there for 15-20 mins and several sales men passed me by. Nothing. After a while, I decided to leave. Even if we decide to buy the Q7, it won't be at this dealership. Pathetic first impression. Whats the gurantee one would be treated well if one ends up with an Audi. More
I have bought three cars from this dealership and never had a bad experience. We just recently bought to cars in one day, and it was great. They worked tirelessly on getting me and my wife new vehicles at the same time, and I know it couldn't have been easy. They gave us both top dollar for our trades, and the lowest prices I have seen on our new vehicles. Bot of the finance guys were really on point in meeting our needs as far as the monthly payment was concerned. Our sale rep Antonio can only be explained with one word AWESOME. I had previously used this dealership for service on my A4 (bought elsewhere), I had no problems with the service or workmanship. Naturally when my lease was up I decided to go there. The first surprise was that buying the 2013 version of the same model I had (2011 A4 Quattro) would cost me $7000 more than I paid in 2011. This alone would have me considering checking out the BMW 3 series. But salesman Sonny (or Sunny?) sealed the deal. Here is what I heard during only a few minutes discussing our purchase: "If you don't see the value of this car, you are not an Audi customer" - this to someone who is replacing an Audi "Why do you drive a Nissan?" - to my wife, because we happened to drive to the dealership in our second car (I was driving, incidentally) "If you don't value quality, go buy a Nissan" Being talked down to by a 20 something car salesman is not what most customers are looking for in a luxury car dealership. We now own a BMW 335i. Go to Hilton Head BMW, they actually respect you there. More

After no one did, went up to showroom to be sure that they were open. One young man employee setting at a desk looking at a computer. Two other employees chatting in an office. One saw me but never got up. After spending at least fifteen minutes looking at the dusty showroom cars finally stuck my head into their office and asked if someone could help me. Asked about price on a car and the salesman flipped a copy of the sticker around and said "there it is". No one present could make a selling decision on an offered price. Left my number for a sales manager to call the next day but he never did. To make a long story short- most pathetic car shopping experience I have ever had. Ended up buying the same car from a Florida dealership (and even incurring extra travel expenses) because they acted like they wanted my business. More

These people care about the customer. My parking light was problematic when I leased my A7. As soon as I reported the problem was reoccurring the service manager called and they picked up my A7 the next d was problematic when I leased my A7. We were very pleased with our purchase and our experience. The only drawback was we only got one key for our Scion and not getting a spare.
