They went quite a ways to find the car that I was looking for. At first I was looking for an SQ5 but there wasn't anything available for what I needed, so I had the sales manager order me a vehicle with a great package. I made 2 visits. I traveled about 3.5 hrs just to get to the place and 3.5 hrs back, I went back a second time because the experience had been pleasant at first. From the first time we had made a deal and agreed to a certain price on the vehicle, this price was for final sale including taxes and tag charges, the manger and the sales agent knew from the every first visit that I was financing through my own financial institution. Went I went back to pick the vehicle up and seal the deal, the sales manager brought up an increase on the vehicle over what we had agreed. The increase he said was because I wasn't financing through Audi, I sat there for a few minutes and almost walked out, It doesn't really matter how great the experience was prior to that because at the moment that you bring up a hidden charge and break the deal we had, then I was pretty much been sold was a lie. The increase was over $1k, I had spent too much time looking for and traveling back and forth that I just went to pay the extra money and filled the paperwork and walked out of there. I do not mind paying what you're asking for a vehicle, but I am 100% no one would be happy if they were told they were going to pay this and got charge something different. The experience was good because Antonio McRae did his best, when the price change there wasn't much he could do. The sales manager was Sunny Chaudhry he was the one that made the deal and then went on an increase on the day of purchase. More

they changed the price....added over $1000 JUST SAY NO to this dealership.........I let management know of the problems....didnt even receive a return email. Even emailed owner saying situation was about Khurran Kahn...it appears emails went directly TO Khurran Kahn. There are many GREAT Audi dealerships in the USA, this isnt one of them. More

Typical-and long and they did not go extra mile. It was a typical experience...long, agonizing and lots of paperwork. Our salesman, Chris was great. We arrived at 9:05 am for a 9:15 appointment to t It was a typical experience...long, agonizing and lots of paperwork. Our salesman, Chris was great. We arrived at 9:05 am for a 9:15 appointment to test drive and were told that salesman and car would be ready. No one at reception desk and we were ignored for 8 minutes and then we were told Chris was not there yet. We were introduced to another salesman and 2 minutes later Chris showed up. Still no car ready. In our negotiations for price, they offered 500$ off - which is nothing. They brought over manager/owner, Khurran Khan to speak to my financial advisor on the phone- but his first words to my advisor were insulting to me. He said, "ah yes Steve ( my advisor in Pittsburgh) we can speak intelligently since you understand the numbers." I have a Master's Degree and an under graduate degree in Economics. I worked for 5 years in the brokerage business. I am pretty sure I understood "we cannot offer any more of a deal - this car is so popular...blah blah blah". I was in a position where I was on christmas break (I am an educator) and had only a few more days. We live somewhere where there are not local Audi dealerships.. We really did not have time to travel hours to other places. This is the closest dealership. I had read good and bad reviews about the dealership, but like I said, this is the closest dealership at 80 miles away. Instead of leasing ( where the numbers did not add up, we decided it was more economical to buy and then sell in three years before it starts to depreciate. I had researched many midsize SUVs and this really was the one I wanted. AS we were signing paperwork, we somehow talked about the lovely Audi watches for sale - and our salesman said he would ask manager if we could get one...Now , come, on, they could spare this! I just bought a $70,000 car!!!!! I was thinking I would get the royal treatment. Instead, i was just another customer. He went to ask and then came back as if he forgot...No mention, and I am a polite person and did not want to mention again. After my final review of car, I was given a red box and did not open it - I was SURE it was the watch. Much to my disappointment, when I arrived home and opened it, it was a spare key. Really? really.. We arrived at 9...after haggling, we asked to go to lunch at 12 so paperwork could be ready when we returned at 1:15, and we were told paperwork would be ready and car detailed. Did not happen..paperwork finally complete and had to wait for car detail....I finally left dealership at 4:15...I spent an entire day of my precious Christmas Break. I love the car, but I felt I went the extra mile with an appointment, a purchase, allowing time for paperwork- and it still did not come together in a timely manner for me. I know it takes a long time, but 9am to 4pm....? Like I mentioned, kind of stuck- car I wanted, closer dealership, not much time in terms of days. Oh, I almost forgot, at end of day, I passed Khurran Khan, owner/manager, (after having purchased a 70,000$ dollar car, and he did not even recognize me or speak. I felt like just another customer... More
