It was the end of the day an Michael Bates is the BEST! A few weeks ago we found ourselves stranded on US-95. Our Audi was towed to Audi Hilton Head. It was the end of the day and we had no idea where we were. Mr. Bates generously gave us a ride to the hotel. He showed us where we could eat and where we could take our son for entertainment as we waited for our car to be repaired. He called us the next day to make sure we had gotten settled in and check on the status of our vehicle. While we were completely upset over the situation he put us at ease and provided help when we truly needed it the most. Thank you again, Mr. Bates. Hardeeville is lucky to have you. More

Given that, Audi of Hilton Head and their salesman, Mr. Rojas, exhibited an extraordinary amount of patience with me as I tried several different cars, discussed their differences in character, equipment and performance. We were having a rough time because my wife totaled her car and we came to the team at Audi Hilton Head to get her back on the road. We were greeted by a friendly staff that even remembered our names. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we felt like we were among family. Chris was knowledgeable and his recommendation on the car for my wife was spot on. The application process went smooth and ensured that we were informed at all stages of the process. One thing that makes this dealership stand out above the rest is how involved the Sales Manager and the General Manager are in every deal. If you want quality service from a friendly staff and drive out in a car that should be classified as art then this is the dealership for you. More

Kept waiting 2 hours on paperwork I've debated on writing this review because I usually don't write reviews. I am very disappointed with this dealership. Over the weekend, I purchase I've debated on writing this review because I usually don't write reviews. I am very disappointed with this dealership. Over the weekend, I purchased 2 used cars from them. I have owned many luxury brands over the years and usually purchased cars from an out of state dealership. The cars would be delivered to me and I'd sign the paperwork. Closing the deal took all of a few minutes of my time. Anyway, I was purchasing a car for my daughter and while looking on the lot, my wife saw a car that she liked also. So, I decided to purchase both cars. We test drove them on a Thursday, overnight. I called over the phone on Friday and told them that I'd take both of the cars, and we would work out final details of price when I come to dealership. I set up an appointment at 5pm on that Friday. I told them how much I hated the car buying experience because it always takes so long. So I asked them to have all the paperwork ready so we could be in-and-out quickly. So we arrive at 4:45 (early) and I sit down with my salesperson, Devin (who by the way is great). The general manager Kahn came in and he and I finalized the deal. It was about 5:10 when we finalized the deal. I told them we had a dinner party to go to that night at 6:30 so I was going to leave so I could shower and get ready, and my wife would sign all the paperwork. They made my wife sit there for 2 HOURS after I left before she got into the sign the paperwork. This is unacceptable. They never should have made her wait that long. I had an appointment. I told them we had plans. I bought TWO cars from them that afternoon. At the very LEAST the general manager, Kahn, should have explained that they were running behind and offered to give the keys for both cars to my wife and daughter (who were waiting) and tell them to take the cars home again Friday night and return Saturday morning for a quick close. Then to make matters worse, I get a call as I'm driving (alone and late) to the dinner party from my wife and the finance manager while they are closing the deal. I tell the finance manager how upset I am for how long he made her wait and that I did not want him to try to sell me anything else such as warranties, etc... He responded by giving me a few excuses about how busy he was, and then proceeded to try to sell me on a maintenance package! I just about lost it. I told him he was 2 seconds away from me turning around and picking up my wife and daughter and he would lose the sale. As I stated earlier, I have owned many luxury brand cars in the past, this is my first Audi. This dealership doesn't stack up to many of the other luxury car dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. This is the kind of treatment that I would expect to receive from a Honda or Ford dealership, not an Audi dealership. More
