That's interesting that you say that you took a bit longer than usual because you "were working to make the deal the happen in the best terms for your family." because our gas tank was supposed to be full when we left yet it was only half full, and so far after 2 phone calls to your dealership, we still have not received the other half of the gas. Further, if you were working hard to get us the best "terms" I would assume that means the best "terms" on the financing. I repeatedly asked what the interest rate that y'all were quoting me. I never received an answer except for "we'll get you the best rate available". So I was surprised to see a rate of 4.5% on the loan. Especially since I went online and got approved for a rate from chase at 2.5%. So I really don't think you were working to get me the "best terms" for my family.
