It was the end of the day an Michael Bates is the BEST! A few weeks ago we found ourselves stranded on US-95. Our Audi was towed to Audi Hilton Head. It was the end of the day and we had no idea where we were. Mr. Bates generously gave us a ride to the hotel. He showed us where we could eat and where we could take our son for entertainment as we waited for our car to be repaired. He called us the next day to make sure we had gotten settled in and check on the status of our vehicle.
