WORST AUDI DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST, TAKE THE TRIP TO CHARLOTTE for better service( North Lake Audi) I bought A CPO 2016 A8L on 4 Feb 2016, at the time AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST, TAKE THE TRIP TO CHARLOTTE for better service( North Lake Audi) I bought A CPO 2016 A8L on 4 Feb 2016, at the time of purchase I felt that there was something wrong with the way the car was driving. I talked to my sales person (Sam Rojas) and was assured that it was just the way the handled. Three weeks later I took the car to NorthLake Audi in Charlotte, NC and found out the front rotors are warped and need to be replaced(STILL NOT REPLACED). Then while I was setting up my direct payment with Audi Financial I found out that they did not pay my trade in car(2016 Audi A7) off. I've tried calling them and there is no manger available for a week to take care of either problem. I have had better service at a McDonalds then what they offer and will continue to post about there bad management until my car situation is corrected. More
