Todd was very courteous and polite. However, I came in for an oil change and left $681.00 later. When I was checking in, he indicated I might sit down in the waiting area and he would bring the service or for an oil change and left $681.00 later. That was fine, except he never brought the service order over for my signature. When the car was finished, he explained he performed the "40,000 mile service", which I was not aware that was a scheduled service. In any case, I expected to be given an estimate of the charges and an estimate of the time involved to do it so I could plan the wait, or come back. When the 40K check was completed he did explain the car needed an adaptive cruise control alignment, and gave me the option of having it done then for an additonal $450.00 (est)., and 2-1/2 more hours. Unfortunately I could not wait. and had to leave. The service was good, Tod was fine except a little more communication would help. At the end of the day, all's good. More

Todd was great, communicated well and was courteous and professional. Found out that the dealership has new owner. This was the second car I purchased from Audi of Hilton Head, the first car through Auto Nation. The first experience was much better. The communication, delivery and overall experience was superior. This time the communication was spotty, the handoff/delivery process was rushed and I still have three items not delivered - 2nd key, cargo all-weather mat and privacy cover. Overall I like the dealership and the way they work with you on a deal. The jury is still out on my final rating for this purchase. More
Beyond bad - left 4 messages over 4 days with the service department - they returned one call - left me a message to call back. No one available - left message for service manager - nothing! I was going to department - they returned one call - left me a message to call back. No one available - left message for service manager - nothing! I was going to trade in my Audi and get another but not with them. My advice is stay as far away as possible from them and Audi! Read the other reviews if you want more horror stories. More

Service department is the worst in the industry. Their dealerships did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my brand new car, potentially voiding the warranty and refusing to fix it. Absolute disgrace!! We bought a pre owned car yesterday from the worst car salesman I have ever met. The only selling point was a good car made by Acura. The salesman was terrible. He said they had 2 keys but could find not the other right one after my 2 hrs there and would get it to us the very next day. We text him today and he said he would get to it when he would get to it. His management team does not seem to care. Their management is either complicit or irresponsible for not following up. Wish the staff were trained in some professionalism. Its not the key that bothered us but the unprofessional and callus attitude of the staff that did. They could have easily said " We apologize but will find the key as soon as possible and call you back More
