AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST, TAKE THE TRIP TO CHARLOTTE for better service( North Lake Audi) I bought A CPO 2016 A8L on 4 Feb 2016, at the time AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST, TAKE THE TRIP TO CHARLOTTE for better service( North Lake Audi) I bought A CPO 2016 A8L on 4 Feb 2016, at the time of purchase I felt that there was something wrong with the way the car was driving. I talked to my sales person (Sam Rojas) and was assured that it was just the way the handled. Three weeks later I took the car to NorthLake Audi in Charlotte, NC and found out the front rotors are warped and need to be replaced(STILL NOT REPLACED). Then while I was setting up my direct payment with Audi Financial I found out that they did not pay my trade in car(2016 Audi A7) off. I've tried calling them and there is no manger available for a week to take care of either problem. I have had better service at a McDonalds then what they offer and will continue to post about there bad management until my car situation is corrected. More

Awesome vehicle/ Service was shady The car is amazing I bought a 2017 Q5 3.0 Premium. The sales agent was amazing, the manager was also great at first. They went quite a ways to find the car that I was looking for. At first I was looking for an SQ5 but there wasn't anything available for what I needed, so I had the sales manager order me a vehicle with a great package. I made 2 visits. I traveled about 3.5 hrs just to get to the place and 3.5 hrs back, I went back a second time because the experience had been pleasant at first. From the first time we had made a deal and agreed to a certain price on the vehicle, this price was for final sale including taxes and tag charges, the manger and the sales agent knew from the every first visit that I was financing through my own financial institution. Went I went back to pick the vehicle up and seal the deal, the sales manager brought up an increase on the vehicle over what we had agreed. The increase he said was because I wasn't financing through Audi, I sat there for a few minutes and almost walked out, It doesn't really matter how great the experience was prior to that because at the moment that you bring up a hidden charge and break the deal we had, then I was pretty much been sold was a lie. The increase was over $1k, I had spent too much time looking for and traveling back and forth that I just went to pay the extra money and filled the paperwork and walked out of there. I do not mind paying what you're asking for a vehicle, but I am 100% no one would be happy if they were told they were going to pay this and got charge something different. The experience was good because Antonio McRae did his best, when the price change there wasn't much he could do. The sales manager was Sunny Chaudhry he was the one that made the deal and then went on an increase on the day of purchase. More
