I find the sales staff to be very snobby. This is our 5th Audi and just because we enter in casual clothing they look down on you. My past oil service and checkup they never topped the cooler fluid and my car was empty. Service department is lousy. There is absolutely zero customer service. My son bought a vehicle recently from HH BMW abs the entire staff was welcoming and courteous. From start to finish they were awesome. You should really take lessons. More

After getting to dealership was told there was a backup in service. Got car back in 4 days and it was a default in something that was supposed to be corrected 2 months ago. Do wish they had someone to make call backs. More

The price for the battery itself was in line with auto parts dealers in the area, however, we were quoted $250 (!!) dollars in labor to perform the switch. Active time for my husband to pull the old battery and install a new one was 20 minutes. I understand everybody's gotta make a profit, but $250 dollars (plus tax) for 20 minutes work is beyond outrageous. I will be finding other alternatives for service. More
