I am super busy, so when I didn't jump on one he found, then he found me another. The sales team had me in and out in my Q7 in record time. I really needed to run to pick up kids (entire reason for Q7, X5 had marginally better safety ratings but entirely unusable 3rd row), but I was very happy I took the extra 5 minutes to meet the service team and learn about the process. I look forward to working with Aaron. I would recommend Flow Audi. More
