Absolutely awful experience (8/31/24). I’m writing this review as I drive away from the dealership because you need to know not to come here. Pierre acted like he was too busy to answer ou I’m writing this review as I drive away from the dealership because you need to know not to come here. Pierre acted like he was too busy to answer our questions and refused to show us a Q5 that was not in the showroom, only willing to show the hybrid that was on the floor. As we thanked him for his time and left, he proceeded to tell us that there are plenty of Audi dealers we can go to and he can give us their numbers. He then yelled out (in front of the whole showroom) that we were nasty. No one came after us, there was no apology. I’m sure we would have been treated very differently if there was a man with us. F*xx Audi of Great Neck. Don’t go here. More

A nightmare ! DO NOT GO TO THIS SEVICE CENTER! They take on too many cars and are sloppy and will lie to your face…I brought in my Etron on 5/29/2024 for recalls DO NOT GO TO THIS SEVICE CENTER! My advisor Jeremy gave me an estimate of a day to do the recalls. 3 weeks later, communication lacking hardly had any updated when you call he never picks up only voicemail . I go to pickup my car on 6/17/2024 and notice damage to my bumper, luckily I noticed it before I drove off the lot!! Or I am sure they would have Denied It! Also the car had An SOS light on the dashboard. The Manager Amrit instructed me to bring my car-back after the weekend on Monday. My car had so many lights and warnings on the dashboard. Then ,Their system gets hacked and I wasn't able to bring the car back till 7/11, an appointment I made no phone calls from my advisor. On 7/27 I go to pickup my car again! I drive off the lot 10min to starbucks and notice a crack on my windshield!! Of course I return to the dealership, my advisor Jeremy and the Manager Amrit would. Not take responsibility for the crack . My car was at their service center for 2 weeks no damage anywhere on my windshield when I brought it in. They both lied to my face claiming it was a chip no proof. I brought it to a auto glass specialist and they said it was a fracture crack. I left several message to the GM Leo , who never had the respect to call me back.! Worst experience ever! So disappointed with Audi Do yourself a favor and go to any other dealership but Great Neck . Very disappointed. I scheduled a test drive, no one even seemed to know about it. The. They had to get the car. When it came time to getting the purchase order it took I scheduled a test drive, no one even seemed to know about it. The. They had to get the car. When it came time to getting the purchase order it took forever and I had to keep calling then finally when we are getting ready to pick up the car they said there is a certified pre owned fee of $6,000. Never told us about this when we talked numbers or total amounts which you think should be stated up front… the salesman even stated he didn’t know about it which also is just very strange… the place itself is not a nice environment DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING!!! Went to Audi to try to find my first luxury car spoke to an online rep named Stephanie she was nice but as I went to the dealership to check out the vehicles I was interested in. I also took my 4 year old son to experience first hand what’s it like to buy the car. Met a sales representative named Lloyd and could already tell he had no interest in showing us the car nor selling the car. We walked out to the car slowly and it was buried behind five cars and dirty. We barely got to start it up or sit in it. My son was highly disappointed not even take a test drive . I called to follow up with Lloyd a week later and there still seem no interest. Recently I tried to contact the Dealer asking about the car and another rep on the phone didn’t seem so interested even answering the phone. If my business isn’t welcome and should start with friendly reps. I will not buy from them More
