Being with Audi for many years I can without a doubt say that this experience was by far the best! I had my SUV service this month and it was an easy process. The service director Rakesh Bisnauth and the service rep Catherine were very helpful. I was advised steps by steps the process of my car. They both answer any questions I had and was given a car wash without me asking. This is what you call customer service. Thank you Audi of great time.
