I have two Audis that I purchased through Biener Audi and whenever I have them serviced, I enjoy the experience. Greg and Jeremy are excellent. Whether you’re speaking to Danny or Carol to help set up an appointment or check on the status of your vehicle and/or dealing directly with the service personnel Andy, Mustafa, Christina, and more recently Grace Lim and the service Manager, Amrit Hiralall. Both Grace and Amrit have gone above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced properly, test driven and returned in a timely manor. Grace even checked in to make sure I arrived at my destination with no issues…. Who does that these days?
